Jennifer Neeley
Owner Relations Manager
Jennifer Neeley began her relationship with the Millwood Companies in 2001 after completing her undergraduate work in Business/Accounting. While working with the Millwood Companies she went on to earn a Masters of Professional Accountancy from the University of Utah and later worked for one of the Big Four Public Accounting Firms in Los Angeles, CA. Upon gaining valuable public accounting experience, she returned to the Millwood Companies to continue her career in Real Estate. During her career with the Millwood Companies, she has held the titles of Controller, Vice President and now Owner Relations.
With her excellent communication and problem solving skills, Jennifer has been an integral member of the executive team at Millwood Management assisting in procuring new property management contracts and interacting with real estate owners on the company’s behalf.
Determined and project oriented, many would describe Jennifer as a “thinker” who often brings to the table out of the box solutions for dealing with day-to-day challenges in finance and owner/contract relations. In addition to her busy schedule with the Millwood Companies, Jennifer is also married and a mother to two young sons.
In her spare time, Jennifer volunteers in the community and enjoys gardening, photography and water/snow skiing.
